Craig Goldenberger, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Appointed CEO in May, 2005, Craig brings more than 20 years of unmatched experience in telecommunications and VoIP to his role of CEO, where he is responsible for leading all major business initiatives within Verb Exchange. Since joining the company, Craig has led revenue growth from $1.2 million in 2005 to more than $21 million in 2007.

Jeff Durno, Chairman
Jeff
is an established securities lawyer with a deep understanding of the investment community as well as a significant investor in Verb Exchange. Under Jeff’s tasking in 2007, Verb Exchange was recognized as Canada's #1 technology company by both Backbone Magazine and The Globe and Mail, as measured by year-on-year revenue growth.

Scott Ackerman, Director, Mergers & Acquisitions
Scott is the President of Emprise Capital Corporation, a private merchant banking company. At
Verb Exchange, Scott drives the merger and acquisition strategy. Scott performs due diligence on M&A opportunities that could assist Verb Exchange in its speed-to-market and client acquisition strategies. Scott brings more than 15 years working knowledge of conducting business in Asian markets, and experience in the restructuring and reorganizing of publicly listed companies.

Ross Wilmot, Director
Ross has served as CFO in a number of private and public technology companies over the past ten years. In addition, he consults with companies within Canada and internationally, and has been involved in numerous acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Ross is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate engineer.

Alan G. Smith, Director
Alan is a technology generalist with a strong understanding of network/storage architectures, software development, systems management and business models. A technology entrepreneur with 20 years' experience in computing, software development and telecommunications, Alan is the former CEO of ThinApse, a computer systems company that consistently broke ground in the introduction of virtualization technologies to enterprise computing, with customers including VMware, Citrix, Packeteer and Fortigate. In 1998, ThinApse entered into a joint venture with Bell Canada to provide the first network implementation of Wildfire. Deployed in the Toronto area, the system handled over 15,000 users. Alan has also served on the board of TRlabs, a 20M telco research consortium, headquartered in Edmonton, Canada.
